At OMMNI, our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen communities by providing compassionate, comprehensive support across every stage of personal growth and recovery. We are committed to delivering high‑quality PRP services, community support, and a continuum of safe, stable housing options—including 3.1 SUD supportive housing, and transitional and shared housing.
Through individualized care, skill‑building, and holistic support, we help clients build confidence, achieve stability, and move toward long‑term independence. Guided by dignity, respect, and community partnership, OMMNI is dedicated to creating pathways where every person has the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive.
OMMNI'S HISTORY
Founded by two passionate women with a shared vision of service, OMMNI began as a grassroots effort to uplift and empower the community. Rooted in compassion and resilience, the organization was built on the belief that everyone deserves access to resources that foster stability, growth, and well-being.

From the start, we focused on addressing the whole person—mental health, life skills, education, and community support. Our mission has always been to provide inclusive programs that strengthen families, nurture emotional and physical wellness, give back to the community, and open pathways to financial independence and career success.

As the company grew, so did its impact. What began as a small initiative has expanded into a rapidly growing nonprofit organization, offering a wide spectrum of services. Today, OMMNI stands as a trusted community partner, providing crucial emotional, physical, social, community and mental health resources throughout the community that help build stronger and healthier communities.
